(Hina) - The State Election Commission (DIP) should
respect the opinion of the Constitutional Court regarding the
intention of the Croatian Democratic Party of Slavonia and Baranja
(HDSSB) to name war crimes convict Branimir Glavas as head of its
slates for the forthcoming parliamentary election, scheduled for
December 4, the constitutional law professor of the Zagreb Law School,
Branko Smerdel, told Hina on Saturday.
