TWO KILLED, TWO WOUNDED IN SERB ATTACK IN OSIJEK AREA

OSIJEK, May 11 (Hina) - Two Croatian soldiers were killed, another two were wounded southeast of Osijek, in the Serb terrorist attack launched from the occupied area of eastern Slavonia last night. The Croatian army command in Osijek said in a statement that "a number of killed and wounded was also registered on the aggressor's side" while a Serb demolition squad was successfully thwarted in it's attempt to infiltrate behind the line. "Together with their fellow-extremists newly arrived from Serbia, these terrorists wish to prevent the area from being peacefully reintegrated into Croatia's legal system," the statement said.
