SARINIC MEETS BRITISH AMBASSADOR HEWITT AND EUMM CHIEF TUROT

ZAGREB, May 10 (Hina) - Croatian President's chief-of-staff, Hrvoje Sarinic, today received Great Britain's Ambassador to Croatia, Gawin Hewitt, the President's Office said on Wednesday. Sarinic and Ambassador Hewitt discussed the situation in western Slavonia. In this regard British Ambassador said he understood the seriousness of the situation in the area, and that he appreciated the way how Croatian authorities were being re-established there.
