ZAGREB, May 4 (Hina) - The Croatian Parliament's House of
Representatives today passed a State Seal Act under urgent
procedure.
The Act regulates the use of big and small seals by the
President of the Republic.
It also envisages the appointment of a state seal keeper by
the President of the Republic.
The House also adopted amendments to the Petty Offences Act
under which magistrates' courts were to be established.
Deputies adopted a decision by the Legislative Committee that
in the next six months the Government should submit a report to
Parliament on criminal legislation.
