VOJVODINA CROATS EXPOSED TO THREATS AND HARASSMENT

ZAGREB, April 14 (Hina) - There were only 160.000 Croats left in the northern Serbian province of Vojvodina, as 45.000 Croats had emigrated since 1991, Franjo Orlovic, president of the Association of Expelled Vojvodina Croats told a press conference today. Speaking of the current situation of Vojvodina Croats, Orlovic said they were "unprotected by the law" and "trapped like mice in their houses".
