SARAJEVO, April 3 (Hina) - Bosnian army and Serb forces today
continued fighting on Mount Majevica in northeastern Bosnia.
In the last 24 hours UN military observers had counted the
largest number of detonations, 87 of them, around a television
transmitter at Stolice.
A UN spokesman told reporters in Sarajevo that a British
patrol in the Gorazde area, eastern Bosnia, was twice the target of
Serb attacks yesterday. The British responded to the attacks,
firing at least 800 heavy machinegun rounds at a Serb bunker.
Last night Serbs threw a hand grenade at a French UN armoured
vehicle in a southern suburb of Sarajevo. The attack caused no
casualties.
