ZAGREB, March 23 (Hina) - Croatian Government and Bosnian Federation and Government delegations would resume talks which began today, on Friday when some agreements were likely to be signed, Croatian Prime Minister Nikica Valentic said tonight. During a 2-and-a half hour meeting the two delegations, led by Prime Ministers Valentic and Silajdzic, discussed open questions of mutual relations based on already achieved agreements. They discussed economic cooperation, payment mechanisms and customs policy, property relations, traffic and vizas for refugees. Working groups were formed in the evening and tomorrow morning they would look at solving some open questions. Agreements on economic and technical cooperation, traffic and visas for refugees could be expected to be signed after that. The two delegations discussed other questions related to the implementation of the Washington Accords such as leasing the Croatian port Ploce to Bosnia, the right of transit through the town of Neum (the Bosnia-Herzegovinian part of the Adriatic coast) to Croatia. They also talked about importing electricity from Bosnia- Herzegovina for Croatia. The delegates agreed that payment for electricity should be made as soon it was supplied.
