ZAGREB, March 6 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman this
evening received U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Richard
Halbrooke for the second time today.
Presidential spokesman Jozo Curic told reporters that "these
have been constructive talks in search of a solution to the peace
process after the UNPROFOR mandate in Croatia expires" on March
31.
Holbrooke, who had earlier met Foreign Minister Mate Granic
and Defence Minister Gojko Susak, declined to make a statement
for the press.
