FAILED TALKS ON THE EXCHANGE OF POW'S

SARAJEVO, March 2 (Hina) - The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has tried to organise talks on the exchange of prisonoers of war from west Bosnia, but to no avail. ICRC spokeswoman Nina Winquist met representatives of all interested parties at the Ličko Petrovo Selo (occupied Croatian territory UNPA north) on February 28 and March 1, but no agreement was made due to disagreements surrounding some political issues.
