SARAJEVO, Feb 27 (Hina) - Turkey's Ambasador to Sarajevo, Shukru
Tufan, today addressed a session of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Assembly
after President Suleyman Demirel failed to visit the Bosnian
capital.
Tufan read a speech Demirel was going to deliver at today's
parliamentary session.
Tufan said the international community failed an exam in
Bosnia-Herzegovina since it allowed aggression to go unpunished, at
the same time tying the hands of defenders by imposing an arms ban.
He warned of the danger of the war spreading to the entire
region.
Tufan supported the Croat-Moslem federation as a basis for a
peaceful settlement in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
