ZAGREB, Feb 13 (Hina) - The Croatian President's Chief of Staff,
Hrvoje Sarinic, today received the Co-Chairmen of the International
Conference on the Former Yugoslavia, Lord David Owen and Thorvald
Stoltenberg, who were accompanied by Ambassador Kai Eide, a
Presidential Office statement said.
They discussed efforts in search of a political settlement
that would ensure Croatia's full sovereignty and territorial
integrity.
The talks also centred on the situation after the termination
of the UNPROFOR mandate on March 31, a French proposal for a
meeting of Presidents Franjo Tudjman of Croatia, Alija Izetbegovic
of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia, as well as
the current situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The meeting also included the President's Foreign Policy
Adviser, Zeljko Matic, and Assistant Chief of Staff Vesna Skare-
Ozbolt.
