ZAGREB/WASHINGTON, Nov 18 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on Monday received Croatian Ambassador to the United States, Miomir Zuzul, who informed the President about the great interest expressed by the Croatian Diaspora, as
well as domestic and foreign citizens about the President's health, and forwarded their wishes for a speedy return of the President to the homeland.

Tudjman on Monday received Croatian Ambassador to the United
States, Miomir Zuzul, who informed the President about the great
interest expressed by the Croatian Diaspora, as well as domestic
and foreign citizens about the President's health, and forwarded
their wishes for a speedy return of the President to the homeland.

Zuzul informed Tudjman that an English translation of his book
"Bespuca Povijesne Zbiljnosti" (The Wasteland of Historical
Reality, unofficial translation) would be published in the United
States within a few days' time.
Tudjman also received a letter from Ambassador Thomas P.
Melady, wishing him a quick and full recovery, because the
international community needed a world leader of such class, the
letter said.
The Croatian embassy in US has so far been phoned by several
hundred Croatian and foreign citizens, expressing interest in the
President's health, and calls continue to come through.
