VINKOVCI, 14 (Hina) - The Vinkovci-based bus company 'Polet' on Thursday established four bus lines for the villages in 'Srijem triangle', which includes five villages in western Srijem which were handed over to Croatian authorities
by the UN Transitional Administration in Eastern Slavonia (UNTAES), on 1 November this year. Bus fares for all displaced persons are free, members of the Vukovar County leadership said at their session today.
VINKOVCI, 14 (Hina) - The Vinkovci-based bus company 'Polet' on
Thursday established four bus lines for the villages in 'Srijem
triangle', which includes five villages in western Srijem which
were handed over to Croatian authorities by the UN Transitional
Administration in Eastern Slavonia (UNTAES), on 1 November this
year. Bus fares for all displaced persons are free, members of the

The Vukovar County leadership also donated non-repayable aid
amounting to 50,000 kunas to the municipality of Nijemci. The money
is to be used for the reconstruction of the municipal office which
will house the local administration for this recently reintegrated
Croatian area. A medical facility and a shop are soon to be opened
in Nijemci as well.
