SOLUTIO $ N ZAGREB, Nov 13 (Hina) - The lower house's decision not to include the so-called Zagreb crisis on its agenda was a logical one, chairman of the Zagreb HDZ branch Zlatko Canjuga told a press conference on Wednesday. "This issue properly pertains to local government and self- government bodies," Canjuga said.
