ZAGREB, Oct 31 (Hina) - The chairman of the supervisory board of
the Croatian oil company INA, Hrvoje Sarinic, met in Zagreb on
Thursday with Jordanian Crown Prince Al Hasan Ben Talal.
Thanks to very good cooperation between INA and the Jradanian
Battalion serving with the UN Transitional Administration in the
Danube river area of eastern Croatia, the oil fields in the area
had been effectively reintegrated into INA's production system,
Sarinic said.
The second stage of reintegration of INA's installations,
including petrol stations and storage facilities, was about to
begin and the assistance of the Jordanian Battalion would be of
great importance, Sarinic added.
The Prince of Jordan said that this visit was a good
opportunity for his country to examine possibilities of business
cooperation with INA.
The senior Jordanian delegation was scheduled to visit the UN-
administered area on Friday and meet UN Transitional Administrator
Jacques Klein in Vukovar and Jordanian troops in Djeletovci and
Nijemci.
