ZAGREB, 21 Oct (Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Monday issued a statement announcing a pre-trial hearing in the case of Drazen Erdemovic, a Bosnian Serb army soldier accused of participating
in the killing of hundreds of unarmed Muslim civilians, after the fall of Srebrenica in the summer of 1995. The hearing will take place on 19 and 20 November.

During his first appearance before the court on 31 May,
Erdemovic pleaded guilty. Since he pleaded guilty, Erdemovic would
appear at the pre-trial hearing where the Prosecution and the
Defence would submit 'any relevant information that may assist the
Trial Camber in determining the appropriate sentence', the ICTY
statement said.
