THE HAGUE, 2 Oct (Hina) - The Hague-based International Criminal

(central Bosnia), an ICTY statement said Wednesday. #L#
The Court rejected the motion since the accused had failed to
meet conditions for provisional release from the Court's Rules of
Procedure and Evidence.
Before provisional release can be granted, the statement said,
four criteria must be satisfied - the Defence must establish that
there are exceptional circumstances, that the accused will appear
for trial, and that if released the accused will not pose a danger
to any victim, witness or other person.
The ICTY Trial Chamber decided that most of the conditions had
not been met.
