Ruehe stressed that it was up to politicians to secure further
implementation of the peace agreement and organise municipal
elections as soon as possible.
The international community should start the reconstruction
process in Bosnia and NATO should decide which military forces
would participate in that process, Ruehe said.
During their visit to IFOR troops in the region, Ruehe and
Portillo will visit Banja Luka, Split and Trogir.
