MOSTAR, July 11 (Hina) - The Mostar City Committee of the Croatian
Democratic Union (HDZ) on Thursday said in a statement that it had
filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia-
Herzegovina against European Union Administration Commissioner in
Mostar, Constantin Zepos.
Zepos had overruled a decision by the City Election Committee
to nullify elections held at a polling station in Bonn, Germany,
and ordered the City Election Committee to publish the final
results of the 30 June municipal elections in Mostar.
The Mostar City Committee of HDZ proposed to the City Election
Committee to delay the execution of Zepos' decision to publish the
final results of the 30 June elections until a final decision of
the Bosnian Federation's Supreme Court.
The proposal was signed by Mile Puljic, president of the
Mostar City Committee of HDZ, who explained that the execution of
Zepos' decision would cause damage to the plaintiff which would be
difficult to rectify.
