ZAGREB, July 11 (Hina) - Delegations of the Croatian and Hungarian
trade ministries met in Zagreb on Thursday to discuss preparations
for an agreement on free trade between Croatia and Hungary.
The Hungarian delegation was headed by Assistant Trade
Minister Gyorgy Gilyan while the Croatian delegation was led by
Assistant Minister for International Economic Cooperation Slavko
Bagic.
Official negotiations on the signing of the free trade
agreement were expected to begin in early October in Hungary.
Gilyan announced Hungary's official support for Croatia's
entry into the World Trade Organization, the European Union and the
Central European Free Trade Agreement.
