Camps in Serbia had been regular concentration camps, inhuman
without limits, the representatives said.
The Association existed one year and had some 2,000 members,
most of them from Vukovar, although there were some 9,000 who had
been in Serbian concentration camps, the delegation said.
Kosor informed the delegation about the preparation of a law
on war victims which is to tackle the rights of detainees of
Serbian camps.
