MEDJUGORJE, June 1 (Hina/Habena) - The third military pilgrimage of the Croatian Defense Council (HVO) was on Saturday organized in Medjugorje, Bosnian Croat news agency Habena reported.

Besides soldiers, joining in the pilgrimage were families of
soldiers killed in the homeland war and IFOR troops, for the first
time.
The Mass in the St. Jacob church was served by father Branimir
Musa. After that the Croat soldiers concluded their third
pilgrimage by walking up the Visions Hill where they prayed for
peace.
A Medjugorje priest and military chaplain, Miljenko Stojic,
said that the organizers of the pilgrimage wanted this HVO's
traditional pilgrimage to rise to an international military level,
which had begun this year with the participation of Belgian,
French, Italian and U.S. IFOR troops, Habena reported.
