The collective agreement does not stipulate the issue of the
employees' wages, but it will be stipulated by an annex to the
agreement, which the trade unions and government representatives
should discuss by 1 July 1996.
"The basic collective agreement proves that the government
thinks social dialogue is very important", Croatian Labour and
Social Welfare Minister Joso Skara said.
Secretary of the Croatian Science and High Education
Independent Trade Union, Kresimir Rozman, said the Trade Union was
not satisfied with the fact that the issue of the wages had not
been stipulated.
