ZAGREB, May 4 (Hina) - Croatian President Franjo Tudjman on Saturday received a Split delegation on the occasion of the festivity of St. Dominic, the patron saint of the town, a statement from the President's Office said.

Saturday received a Split delegation on the occasion of the
festivity of St. Dominic, the patron saint of the town, a statement

Split Mayor Nikola Grabic informed Tudjman of the oncoming St.
Dominic festivity, as well as the research which is being carried
out in the Diocletian palace and the construction of roads and
infrastructure in the town.
The assistant Bishop of the Split County, Mario Barisic,
informed Tudjman about the biggest meeting of Croatian youth which
is to take place in Split in July. Thousands of young Croats from
abroad will also participate.
The meeting would be a chance to call the young Croatian
Diaspora to return to their homeland, Croatia, which had been
liberated for them, Tudjman said.
Also participating in the talks were the President's Chief-of-
Staff, Ivo Sanader and the President's adviser for interior
affairs, Ivic Pasalic.
In the Split delegation was also the president of the Split
City Assembly, Mirko Karoglan.
