The joint training of Croatian and Serbian police officers for the Croatian Danubian area at the international police academy in Budapest was judged a positive effort. However, minor problems arose while fulfilling obligations of the Temporary Administration Office due to changes in the local Serbs negotiating team, the deputy head of the Office, Mirko Tankosic, said. An official letter would be sent to the Transitional Administration demanding that expert negotiators be not changed, Tankosic concluded. (hina) ha 291806 MET apr 96
