"After the D+120 time limit, when armed forces withdrew their
heavy arms into warehouses, there remains the implementation of the
D+180 time limit which concerns organization of armed forces and of
the annex 1B concerning strengthening trust," Budimir said.
He added that one of talks regarding the implementation of
annex 1B had taken place on Friday in Vienna. The annex concerns
Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Yugoslavia on limiting arms to five
categories, that is, on an agreement which would regulate relations
in the area.
IFOR was encouraged and satisfied with the degree of
cooperation with all military sides, Willcocks said.
There had been some minor internal problems with the time
limits, Willcocks said, adding that efforts for establishing long-
term peace in Bosnia-Herzegovina could continue.
