ZAGREB, March 8 (Hina) - The Croatian Upper House committees on
the Judiciary and the Constitution on Friday supported a Bill on
Croatian Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal.

The Judiciary Committee suggested that, if there was a
possibility of introducing an amendment to the International
Tribulal Statute, a rider should be added under which all-out war
would be considered a war crime.
