ZAGREB, Jan 31 (Hina) - The head of the EU monitoring mission (ECMM), Ambassador Franchetti Pardo, met the civilian affairs head of UNTAES (UN Transitional Administration of Eastern Slavonia), Gerard Fischer, in Zagreb on Wednesday,
ECMM public affairs office reported.
ZAGREB, Jan 31 (Hina) - The head of the EU monitoring mission
(ECMM), Ambassador Franchetti Pardo, met the civilian affairs head
of UNTAES (UN Transitional Administration of Eastern Slavonia),
Gerard Fischer, in Zagreb on Wednesday, ECMM public affairs office

The talks between Ambassador Pardo and Mr. Fischer revolved
around the further deployment of EU monitors in eastern Slavonia
and cooperation between the ECMM and the UNTAES in implementation
of UN SC resolution 1037. The two parties agreed on intensifying
the cooperation.
