DECISION ON NATIONAL DEFENCE & SECURITY COUNCIL - CONSTITUTIONAL

( Editorial: --> 7074 ) ZAGREB, 9 Dec (Hina) - The Croatian Constitutional Court has estimated as unfounded the Croatian Social-Liberal Party's (HSLS) application for the court to establish the constitutionality and legality of the Decision on the Establishment of the National Defence and Security Council (VONS). At a session held on Tuesday, the Constitutional Court established that the founding of the National Defence and Security Council was not contrary to the Constitution. Unfounded were also HSLS statements saying the decision on the establishment of the VONS was contrary to the regulations of the Defence Law, the Constitutional Court said.
