ILOK, Dec 8 (Hina) - The restoration of the roof of Odeschalchi
Castle in Ilok, UN-administered part of eastern Croatia, began on
Monday, under the supervision of the Administration for the
Protection of the Cultural and Natural Heritage.
The project, worth 1.6 million kunas, is financed by the Croatian
culture ministry, and will take three months.
The Castle, damaged during the Serbian aggression on Croatia, is
under state protection as a cultural monument. It holds the Museum
of Ilok.
