OSIJEK, Nov 14 (Hina) - Classes are being regularly held in 15
elementary and four high schools in the UN-administered part of the
Osijek-Baranja County, eastern Croatia. Classes are not held only
in the elementary school in Dalj.
According to the County's education bureau, 250 pupils of Serb
nationality of the Dalj elementary schools still refuse to attend
classes.
The boycott of classes by Serb pupils began on Monday, following a
Friday meeting at which their parents complained about the
education system in the Danube river region.
