SPLIT, Oct 6 (Hina) - A group of ten Bosnian Croat war crime
suspects, who decided to surrender voluntarily to face charges by
the Hague International Tribunal, left Split at 10.20 am Monday for
The Hague aboard a Dutch military transporting plane.
Being assured that they will proof their innocence, these ten
men decided to surrender voluntarily, but they insisted on fair
treatment and speedy beginning of the trial.
After American diplomats gave certain guarantees for
fulfilment of such requests, these Bosnian Croat war suspects turned
themselves in.
