The talks focused on the return of exiled Bugojno Croats, the establishment of the joint Federation police and the implementation of election results in the establishment of municipal authorities. #L# According to the Federation President Vladimir Soljic, the first thing to be done is to guarantee security conditions for Croat returnees, as well as all other conditions necessary for normal living, such as employment. "Open the factories, so that all Croats and Bosniacs who used to work in them before the war, could return to their jobs," said Soljic, adding that reports on the number of returnees in Bugojno municipality should be submitted to the President and Vice President of the Federation every ten days. Ganic said that exiled Bugojno Croats should return to their houses which are liveable, and which are now occupied by 632 the Bosniacs from Prozor, now under Bosnian Croat control. The Bosniacs currently living in Croat houses in Bugojno should be returned to their homes so that exiled Croats could return to theirs too. The Croat representatives at the meeting stressed that police officers in the joint canton police force in Bugojno were not accommodated in the town and had to travel to work every day, because their houses and flats in Bugojno are now occupied by the Bosniacs.
