In a short statement for Hina, Lotz said that the Hungarian
delegation expected that the overall traffic between the two
countries would improve, especially in the area of railway traffic,
a more extensive use of Rijeka port for the needs of Hungarian
economy and the signing of an agreement on combined transport of
goods.
We would like to stress the importance of the agreement on
combined transport of goods, which can also serve as an example in
Europe, since its signing will not only modernise but also improve
the transport of goods, Lotz said.
Today's talks will focus on the improvement and acceleration
of railway traffic between our two countries, which is the reason
why the leading figures of the two national railways are meeting
today, Lotz said.
