MOSTAR, Sept 19 (Hina) - According to latest reports of Mostar
hospital, there were 29 slightly and seriously injured people in
last night's explosion in western Mostar. Neither of the injured was
in critical condition, the hospital said on Friday morning.
In the detonation that happened at 11.40 pm Thursday in
Splitska Street, tenants in nearby buildings and pedestrians passing
near the spot of the explosion were hurt.
According to unofficial reports, the blast was caused by a
device planted in a car.
This morning the Herzegovina-Neretva interior ministry had no
new reports on this powerful blast.
Mostar police are ensuring a wide area round the spot of the
explosion
A police chief, Jadranko Prlic, has called upon all citizens
to inform the police headquarters whether they had noticed anything
important for the investigation before and after the blast at the
spot of the explosion.
