SPLIT, Aug 26 (Hina) - The Croatian border police on Monday captured a
Bosnian citizen who was trying to smuggle bulls into Croatia.
The police stopped a truck around 22.00 Monday, which was driven
by K.C. (20), citizen of Bosnia-Herzegovina. He attempted to enter Croatia
crossing the border near Imotski, outside of the official border crossing.
The police found nine bulls in the back of the truck.
The Split-Dalmatia County police said at Tuesday's news conference
in Split that legal proceedings had been initiated against K.C. for attempting
to illegally import bulls into Croatia.
