SARAJEVO, Aug 8 (Hina) - The return of Moslems (Bosniaks) to the
southern town of Stolac under Bosnian Croat control continued on
Thursday.
Three refugee families came back to their hometown with no
incident, a spokesman for the UNHRC said in Sarajevo on Friday.
The spokesman Kris Janowski added that the UNHCR was planning
to return another 38 Moslem families to Stolac, and every day two or
three of them would come back. The entire procedure will take a few
next weeks.
Janowski said that progress in this plan was still slow, as
only 16 Moslem families had come back to Stolac in June following
the year-and-half-long negotiations.
