TRAVNIK, Aug 4 (Hina/Habena) - The Central Bosnia Canton's government
on Monday discussed the political and security situation in the canton,
concluding that it had deteriorated after the latest events in the municipality
of Jajce and had a negative effect on some other parts of the canton, the
government said in a statement.
The government of the Central Bosnia Canton condemned
obstructions to the return of displaced persons and refugees to their homes,
regardless of where it takes place, the statement said.
The government concluded that every unorganized return could
cause violence, since the organization of the cantonal police had not been
completed, the statement further said.
The government demanded of the cantonal Interior Ministry to do
everything to restore public order and peace, and of the population to
restrain from any illegal procedure, violence and revenge in particular, the
statement by the government of the Central Bosnia Canton concluded.
