Sutton informed his partners from the HEP that the talks on the
supplying of gas for Jertovec thermal power plant were approaching the
end. The gas would be supplied through a gas pipeline running through
Slovenia.
This will speed up the talks on other particulars concerning
Enron's investments into the thermal power plant, the statement said,
adding that the defining and implementation of contracts could be
expected soon.
