After a meeting with Mostar mayor Ivan Prskalo, Rehn said she was especially
satisfied about the establishment of police in Mostar, and about the reduction +
of
disturbances and crime in the city.
She said she was dissatisfied, however, about the fact that five illegally +
exiled
families had not returned to their homes yet.
Prskalo said that safety ensuring in the town had increased significantly, and+
it
had to be strengthened in the future.
He described the west (Croat-held) part of Mostar as "sufficiently open", and +
the
east (Moslem-held) part of town as "ethnically clean".
