was organised by the Association for Psychological Help from Zagreb and the US humanitarian organisation Catholic Relief Services, and financed by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Catholic Relief Services organisation.

ZAGREB, July 15 (Hina) - A three-day international conference entitled
"Training for Providing Assistance in Traumatic Recovery: What We
Learnt" ended in Zagreb on Tuesday.
The conference, attended by 135 experts from 17 countries was
organised by the Association for Psychological Help from Zagreb and the
US humanitarian organisation Catholic Relief Services, and financed by
the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Catholic

According to the president of the Zagreb-based Association for
Psychological Help, Dean Ajdukovic, the best domestic and foreign
experts had had the opportunity at the conference to exchange
experiences and discuss different issues concerning help for victims of
traumatic stress, with an accent on war victims in Croatia and Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
Participating were experts from the United States, Denmark, Norway,
Israel, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Slovenia, France, The
Netherlands, Great Britain, Germany, Georgia, Austria, Kenya, Sweden,
Ireland and Croatia.
