ZAGREB, July 4 (Hina) - President of the Republic of Croatia, Franjo Tudjman, on Friday received the new Albanian Ambassador to Croatia, Miriam Bisha, who presented him with credentials.

Presenting the credentials, Bisha congratulated Tudjman for his re-
election as president, adding that she would work on the further
development of friendly relations between Albania and Croatia.
Tudjman pledged full support of Croatian authorities in the
development of good and friendly relations.
"The so far good relations between our two countries provide a
solid base for the further development of relations not only in the
interest of benefit of our countries, but also of peace in this part of
the world," Tudjman said.
Present at the meeting were President's Chief-of-Staff Hrvoje
Sarinic, Foreign Minister Mate Granic and President's Foreign Affairs
Advisor, Zeljko Matic.
