CRANS MONTANA, June 27 (Hina) - Several specialised discussions and
informal meetings of politicians and businessmen from all over the world
were held at the 8th 'Crans Montana Forum', on Friday. The forum began
in this Swiss city on Thursday.
On Friday, a Croatian delegation, led by a Deputy Economy Minister,
Jasna Boric, talked with Slovakian officials, headed by a Vice Premier,
Katarina Tothova.
They discussed establishment of a free trade zone between the two
countries. Special attention was devoted on exchange of experience in
adjustment of national legislation to European Union regulations.
It is a complex long-standing process in which Slovakia, an EU
associate member, has already advanced, and experience of that country
can be useful for the Croatian Government.
