In connection with that, the Ministry stated that the application
of Croatian laws means the application of the Constitution, law and
other regulations, international contracts and conventions signed and
confirmed in line with the Constitution, that is, the application of the
whole legal and constitutional system.
Courts and other judicial bodies, bodies of state authority, local
administration and self-government and all physical and legal persons
have to fully follow Croatian regulations in all actions, relations, the
signing of legal business deals and other legal actions.
Any action contrary to the above-mentioned actions does not have
any legal effect from the point of view of Croatian regulations, said
the statement, signed by the Justice Minister Miroslav Separovic.
