The list contains only the names of those persons who lived in
the Croatian Danubian before the war and who have been indicted or
sentenced in absentia for crimes committed in the area.
Susa expressed doubt that there might be another list with the
names of persons who lived in other parts of Croatia or of persons
who lived in the Croatian Danubian area but committed crimes
outside the area.
Legal experts from the Croatian Danubian area yesterday
analyzed the Croatian government list and sent their objections to
international community representatives, Susa said.
Their comments would also be sent to the Croatian Justice
Minister Miroslav Separovic in the next few days, Susa said, adding
that The Hague Tribunal should join the procedure.
