SARAJEVO, Feb 27 (Hina) - The Bosnian Council of Ministers on Thursday
reached agreement on a bill regulating the foreign debt, proposed by the
office of the international High Representative to Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Council deputy chairman Neven Tomic told Croat media that the bill was
forwarded to the national parliament for urgent consideration.
The adoption of the bill was one of the basic conditions for a stand-
by loan from the International Monetary Fund and for the holding of an
international donors' conference on postwar aid to Bosnia-Herzegovina, he
stressed.
Tomic announced that the discussion on other laws proposed by the
office of the High Representative would resume next week.
Today's session was held in Sarajevo's Serb-controlled suburb of
Lukavica.
