TUDJMAN, YELTSIN SIGN DECLARATION ON FRIENDSHIP AND COOPERATION+MOSCOW, Dec 18 (Hina) - The Croatian and Russian Presidents Franjo +Tudjman and Boris Yeltsin signed a declaration on friendly +relations and cooperation in Moscow on Friday, thus laying the +foundations for further strengthening of relations between the two +countries.+ The two presidents held talks this morning in the Kremlin, after +which they signed the declaration.+ Russia is the third country with which Croatia has signed such a +declaration.
