return to their homes, the head of the United Nations High
Commissioner for Refugees, Robert Robinson, said in Opatija on
Monday.
Robinson spoke at a joint workshop of the Croatian government's
Office for Displaced Persons and Refugees and the UNHCR.
He thanked the government and its Office on the exceptionally

Robinson said the UNHCR was satisfied with the fact that now
