sector.+ The family law regulates legal relations within marriage, +relations between parents and children, adoption, relations in out +of wedlock communities, and the procedures undertaken by bodies in +charge with regard to family relations.+ The passing of the said law saw a comprehensive debate with 77 +amendments submitted in three readings.+ The family law will come into effect on July 1, 1999. It includes +some 370 articles. The family law regulates legal relations within marriage,
relations between parents and children, adoption, relations in out
of wedlock communities, and the procedures undertaken by bodies in
charge with regard to family relations.
The passing of the said law saw a comprehensive debate with 77
amendments submitted in three readings.
The family law will come into effect on July 1, 1999. It includes
some 370 articles. Some new stipulations include banned nights out
to children under 16, unless they are accompanied by adults.
With the schooling conclusions, the Lower House suggested the
government determine a model for selective salaries for education
employees in its bill on education.
With a majority of vote, the Lower House rejected to endorse a
Social Democratic Party bill on control and auditing in
restructuring and privatisation.
