PRAGUE/ZAGREB, Dec 9 (Hina) - The Czech Republic and Slovakia on +Monday agreed to initiate talks on opening a free trade zone with +Croatia, the Czech paper "Hospodarske noviny" reported on +Tuesday.+ The agreement was reached at a
